Italian Bread Course

I love Italian bread, it’s the bread I get most excited about making and eating. Learn how to make Focaccia, Ciabatta and Pizza Bianca, covering all the key steps and techniques used to make these Italian classics. We will be using yeast to get great results from these breads, no sourdough starters required :-) ideal for beginners or experienced bakers.

Run from my home micro bakery in Sherwood, Nottingham.
