So you can make a decent sourdough loaf, but you want to dive deeper into the craft, learning new skills and styles of bread making?

In this action packed day we’re going to look at four different styles of sourdough including, baguettes, ciabatta, local grain wholewheat & rye breads. We’re going to expand how you look at fermentation utilising different techniques, different flours and different skills to successfully shape and bake these breads. In this calm, supportive and fun environment you will take the next big leap on your sourdough journey.

The Space:

Hosted in the bakery kitchen at Nottingham Mill Coop in Sneinton Market Avenues

Take Away:

  1. New bread making skills covering 4 different styles of sourdough bread
  2. Recipes and instruction sheets for the breads covered on the course
  3. Ongoing support and guidance via a dedicated WhatsApp channel for all workshop students
