Learn how to make our country-style sourdough loaf on this day-long session, covering the key steps to make excellent sourdough bread. I'll give you the knowledge and hands-on experience to make great bread regardless of your home set up. We'll also learn about the flour made in the Mill and utilise this in our breads.

The Space:

Hosted in the bakery kitchen of a working flour mill, Nottingham Mill Coop in Sneinton Market Avenues
